1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Trader Origin ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trader Origin website (www.traderorigin.com), our software, tools (including the Genesis Engine), and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. User Eligibility and Responsibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the full right, power, and authority to enter into and comply with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services is in compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

3. Description of Services

Trader Origin provides sophisticated investment analysis tools and software for self-directed traders. Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Automated Trading Algorithms: Access to trading strategies that are managed, subscribed to, and executed exclusively through our partner platform, AstraBit.
• The Genesis Engine: A proprietary trading toolkit and script designed for use on the TradingView platform, allowing users to build, test, and automate their own trading strategies.

Our products are provided on the basis that you will make your own investment decisions without any direct or indirect advice from us.

4. Risk Disclosure & Disclaimers

No Financial Advice

Trader Origin is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial analyst. The Services we provide are not, and should not be interpreted as, financial or investment advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or cryptocurrency.

Substantial Risk of Loss

Trading and investing in financial markets, particularly in cryptocurrencies, are highly speculative and involve a substantial risk of loss. You may lose all or more than your initial investment. Our tools do not eliminate this risk, and you should never invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

Past Performance is Not Indicative of Future Results

Any performance data shown, whether historical or back-tested, is not a guarantee of future performance. Market conditions change, and past results are not a reliable indicator of future returns.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Free Trial Policy

Subscriptions to our Services are managed and billed through our third-party partners (AstraBit for automated algorithms, LaunchPass/Stripe for the Genesis Engine). You agree to abide by their billing and subscription management policies.

Genesis Engine Free Trial

Your subscription to the Genesis Engine begins with a seven (7) day free trial. You will not be charged during this trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the 7-day trial through the billing portal provided by LaunchPass without incurring any charge.

Automatic Renewal and Billing

Unless you cancel before the end of your free trial, your chosen subscription plan (Monthly or Yearly) will begin automatically on the eighth day, and your first payment will be processed. All subscriptions are automatically recurring. Monthly plans will renew every month, and Yearly plans will renew every year, on the same day as your initial payment. You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.

Refund Policy

Once your free trial has concluded and your first payment has been processed, all payments are final and non-refundable, except as described in Section 9 (Limitation of Liability). By starting your free trial and proceeding with a paid subscription, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving your statutory 14-day cooling-off period and right to a refund once the paid service begins.

Pricing and Future Changes

If you subscribe to a Yearly plan, your price is guaranteed for that 12-month period. For Monthly plans, we reserve the right to change the subscription price for future billing periods. If you cancel your subscription and choose to re-subscribe at a later date, you will be subject to the pricing current at the time of re-subscription.

6. Promotions, Competitions, and Discounts

From time to time, Trader Origin may offer promotions, competitions, or discounts ("Promotions"). The following terms apply to all Promotions, in addition to any specific rules that may be published for a particular Promotion.

General Conditions

• All Promotions are offered at our sole discretion and can be modified, suspended, or cancelled at any time without notice.
• Promotions are not an inducement to trade and do not constitute financial advice. The substantial risk of loss detailed in Section 4 applies at all times, regardless of any Promotion. Participation does not guarantee profit or protect against losses.
• Eligibility for Promotions may be limited to specific jurisdictions, new or existing users, or other criteria as defined in the specific rules of the Promotion.

Discount and Promotional Codes

• Promotional codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be resold.
• Unless otherwise stated, codes are limited to one per user and are typically valid for new customers on their first billing cycle only.
• Codes must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
• We reserve the right to invalidate any codes that are used improperly or fraudulently.

Competitions

• All competitions will have specific rules outlining the start/end dates, eligibility, judging criteria, and prizes. By entering, you agree to these specific rules.
• Prizes are awarded as described in the competition rules and are non-negotiable.
• Winning a competition is based on the defined criteria (e.g., performance in a simulated environment) and is not an endorsement of trading skill or a predictor of future success. Past performance, including winning a competition, is not indicative of future results in live market conditions.
• Decisions made by Trader Origin regarding competition winners are final.

7. User Obligations & Restricted Jurisdictions

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and the terms of our third-party partners (e.g., AstraBit, LaunchPass, Stripe, TradingView).
• Provide accurate and complete information during the subscription and onboarding process.
• Provide your correct TradingView username to our support team in a timely manner to ensure script access. We are not liable for delays caused by the provision of incorrect information.
• Keep your account information secure and not share your access with any other person.
• Not use our Services if you are a resident of any restricted jurisdiction as may be determined by us or our partners.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, content, software, and algorithms (including the Genesis Engine script) provided by Trader Origin are our exclusive intellectual property. We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for the duration of your active subscription. Any redistribution, sharing, or reproduction of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your access without a refund.

9. Limitation of Liability and Service Availability

Responsibility for Losses

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any and all trading or investment decisions and any resulting losses. **Under no circumstances shall Trader Origin be liable for any loss of capital, profits, or any direct or indirect financial damages you may incur.** The use of our Services is entirely at your own risk.

Service Disruptions & Technical Malfunctions

We strive to ensure our Services are operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. In the event of a technical malfunction, signal failure, or other disruption, our policy is as follows:

• Third-Party Failures: We are not responsible or liable for any failures, outages, or errors originating from third-party services, including but not limited to TradingView, AstraBit, your chosen cryptocurrency exchange, or your internet service provider.
• Trader Origin Script Errors: In the event of a verifiable technical error originating directly from our script that causes a material failure of the Service, a full internal review will be conducted. If our investigation confirms a fault in our script, you may be entitled to a remedy. **Our maximum liability in such an event shall be strictly limited to the subscription fee you paid for the single monthly billing period in which the error occurred.** This is your sole and exclusive remedy.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Services immediately and without a refund if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
