By accessing our website and using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and have the full right, power, and authority to enter into and comply with these Terms. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services is in compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

3. Services Provided & Educational Purpose

Trader Origin provides two main types of services:

• Automated Trading Algorithms: Access to automated trading strategies that are managed, subscribed to, and executed exclusively through our partner platform, AstraBit.
• The Genesis Engine: A proprietary trading toolkit script designed for use on the TradingView platform.

All content, strategies, and tools provided are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or investment advice.

4. Risk Disclosure & Disclaimers

Cryptocurrency and algorithmic trading involve significant risk. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Past performance does not guarantee future returns.
• Markets are volatile, and algorithmic systems can experience losses up to and including the complete loss of your investment.
• You are solely responsible for your own trades and risk exposure.
• Trader Origin, its partners, and its third-party service providers do not guarantee profits or outcomes.
• Technical failures, API issues, or platform outages may disrupt access or execution.

You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

5. Your Responsibilities & Restricted Jurisdictions

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and the terms of our third-party partners (e.g., AstraBit, LaunchPass, Stripe, TradingView).
• Provide accurate information during subscription, including your correct TradingView username and Discord account details. Failure to do so may result in delays or forfeiture of access without a refund.
• Not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our intellectual property.
• Not use our Services if you are a resident of, or located in, any of the following jurisdictions where the use of such services is prohibited: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bolivia, China, Egypt, Iraq, Morocco, Nepal, North Macedonia, Qatar, and Tunisia. Any attempt to use the Services from a restricted jurisdiction is a direct violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, content, algorithms (including the Genesis Engine script), and educational material provided by Trader Origin are our intellectual property. You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for the duration of your active subscription. Redistribution, sharing, or reproduction of any of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Details regarding subscriptions and payments for our services are managed by our third-party partners. Please refer to their respective terms and policies. The refund policy for the Genesis Engine is a seven (7) day money-back guarantee for your initial subscription, void if you violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trader Origin, its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses. The use of all Services is entirely at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Services without a refund if we suspect misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the effective date.
