Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the remaining period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — no refund for the unused portion, and you keep the higher-tier access until then.

What happens if my payment fails?

You enter a 72-hour grace period and receive a reminder. If the payment still hasn't gone through at the end of that window, your live strategies stop first and your access reverts to Free.

How do I cancel?

From the app, go to Settings → Subscription. Your access continues to the end of the paid period — you aren't locked out immediately, and cancelling prevents future renewals.

Will my price change?

We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

Is VAT added?

No. Aetherium Solutions Ltd is not VAT-registered — the price you see is the price you pay.

Do you offer refunds?

Access begins immediately when you subscribe, and the 14-day statutory cooling-off right under CCR 2013 Regulation 37 is waived at checkout. Refunds afterwards are at our sole discretion — see our Refund Policy for the full terms.
